Burnham on Crouch

Between 0850 and 1045 on 25 February the rear wooden door of a property in Church Road was smashed to gain entry. Nothing was taken. Information to Pc Alison Cotter.


Heybridge

On 23 February at 0500, a suspect stole 28 pints of milk from the rear yard of Brewster House, oak Road. Information to Pc Joanna Hawtin.

At Bentalls shopping centre at 1035 on 23 February, a suspect bumped into a person who had just been to the ATM and stole the cash. Information to Pc Joanna Hawtin.

At 2100 on 23 February at tescos Express a suspect tried to buy alcohol, was refused by staff and made off without paying. The suspect was a white European, about 6’ tall, slim build with a blue T shirt and wearing a hat. Information to Pc Nicola Clarke.

Between 1800 on 25 February and 0900 on 26 February at Springfield Cottages, the offside mirror of a red Ford Fiesta was kicked off. Information to Pc Arran Shave.

Between 1900 on 24 February and 0825 on 27 February at Hazelwwod Court, Oak Road, the rear nearside window of a black Ford Fusion Zetec was smashed. Information to Pc Sonia Mirrington.

Between 1900 on 26 February and 1500 on 27 February 10 newly planted trees were snapped in Drapers Chase, causing permanent damage. Information to Pc Cally MacIver.

Between 2300 on 26 February and 0730 on 27 February, damage was caused to a garden gate and three fence panels to a property in Fir Tree Walk. Information to Pc Carla Hammond.

Between 2315 on 26 february and 0945 on 27 February, a front garden wall in the Causeway was pushed over. Information to Pc Carla Hammond.

Between 0200 and 1200 on 27 February, a silver Excalibur mountain bike and lock were stolen from a property in The Street, Heybridge. Information to Pc Carla Hammond.


Tolleshunt Knights

Between 1400 and 1500 on 28 February, at the Five Lakes Resort, the keys to a grey BMW 650i convertible were stolen from a locker and used to steal the car. Information to Pc Michele Oliver.
Maldon

At 1030 on 24 February, a purse was stolen from a handbag in Iceland, High Street and cash, cards and a pension card were taken. Information to Pc Alison King.

At 1250 on 24 February at Marks & Spencer a suspect selected items from the display and left without making any attempt to pay. Information to Pc Shelley Adam.

Between 1800 on 24 February and 1600 on 25 February, the brick pier garden wall of a property in Spital Road was knocked over. Information to Pc Carla Hammond.

Between 1145 and 1425 on 28 February, at Chigborough Road, the offside window of a white Vauxhall Astra estate was smashed and bags and books stolen. Information to Pc Lee Jiggins.

Between 1430 and 1530 on 23 February a black Nissan Saloon was stolen in barons Lane. Information to Pc Joanna Hawtin.

At 0715 on 28 February a green mountain bike and a Townsend silver road bike were stolen from the front garden of a property in Wantz Road. Information to Pc David Goodchild.

On Spital Road at 1730 on 25 February a teenager was approached by a white male, about 50, with shaven dark hair and a stubbly face, chubby build wearing a full length plain dark grey/brown dirty coat, tatty trousers torn at the bottom, unlaced black boots. He had badly kept teeth, was very drunk and stumbling and was pushing a rusty white bike with a basket on the front. He asked the girl if she wanted to ride his bike, but she ignored him, so he grabbed her arm and asked her if she wanted to buy the bike. The girl ran off frightened and scared. There was no offence and there is no suggestion that there was any motive for the incident, but police would like to know who the man is or of any other similar incidents. Cold Norton

Between 1000 and 1418 on 25 February the rear French door window on a property in Lower Burnham Road, Cold Norton was smashed to gain entry and cash, cards, cheque books, documents, passports, jewellery and a safe were stolen. Information to Pc Alison Cotter.



Great Totham


Between 0900 on 18 February and 1400 on 25 February a Tanfield 2 wheel towing wooden trailer with blue framework was stolen from the side of premises in Broadoak Chase Mill Road. Information to Pc Neil Tremain.
