Burnham on Crouch
Entry was gained to premises in Maldon Road by forcing the rear patio doors, between 1200 and 1400 on 4 March. A messy search was made and jewellery and various clocks and watches were stolen. Information to Pc Patrick Snape.
Mayland
Between 0630 and 1900 on 3 March, entry was gained to a property in The Esplanade by unknown means. A calculator and a Dell laptop computer were stolen. Information to Dc Gary McNair.
Between 0900 on 1 March and 0900 on 2 March, the entrance gates of Maylandsea CP School were damaged by cutting them through. Information to Pc Nicola Clarke.
Southminster
Between 0730 and 0830 on 4 March, the front brick wall of a property in North Street was pushed over, causing £200 of damage. Information to Pc Sam Pateman.
Between 1200 on 3 March and 1100 on 4 March an aluminium car trailer was taken from a property on Tillingham Road. Information to Pc Nicola Clarke.
Heybridge
Between 1200 on 6 March and 1700 on 8 March 4 tree saplings were snapped in half in Drapers Chase. Information to Pc Joanna Hawtin.
Between 1100 and 1500 on 5 March a glass frame in the rear garden of a property in Golderhanger Road was smashed. Information to PS Dean Stratton.
Between 1745 on 5 March and 0800 on 6 March, entry was gained to a trailer in Bentalls complex by cutting through the padlock. Nothing was taken. Information to Pc James Barnacle.
Tolleshunt Major
Between 1530 and 1550 on 5 March, a suspect knocked on the front door of a property in Tudwick Road and introduced himself as a roofer who had returned to reinspect the roof. He was left unattended and when the owners returned, 2 handbags had been stolen, containing 2 purses and a wallet. Over £400 was taken. Information to Pc Alison Cotter.
Great Totham
Between 1900 on 3 March and 0630 on 4 March, in Prince of Wales Road, the roof of a soft top grey BMW was slashed, paint was poured over it and the rear offside tyre of a black Mercedes Vito van was slashed. Information to Pc Robert Eveling.
Tollesbury
Between midnight on 26 February and 2200 on 2 March, door chains and bolts and a Tiahatsu Long Shaft Silver Outboard were taken from a workboat in Woodrolfe Road. The value of the items is £2500. Information to pc Sam Pateman.
Maldon
Entry was gained to insecure premises in Tennyson Road between 2230 on 1 March and 1720 on 5 March. A Giant MTB Silver 21 speed pedal cycle with lights and aluminiummudguards and a blue plastic covered chainlock was taken, valued at £300. Information to Pc Andrew Long.
